The neighbor is required to raise a portion of whatever it is they're seeking assistance for. We don't pay the bills in full. We think it's part of the neighbor's responsibility to help meet their own need.

They rescued my three little kitties. I didn't need a rescue for me, just for them.

We have five (volunteers) and need more. We are growing and do have a need for more.
